Delivery costs

Delivery is free to UK addresses; a £3.50 surcharge applies for international orders.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your order will come in a presentation box as standard. Please let me know if you would like me to giftwrap your order for an additional £3 per piece.

Packaging materials

We believe that it is important to respect and preserve the environment, so our jewellery and packaging are recycled, reused and/or recyclable where possible (please see our FAQs for more details). For this reason, your jewellery will be sent in reused outer packaging, unless you choose to use our giftwrapping service.

Order processing (i.e. making) time

The time it takes to prepare your jewellery for delivery depends on whether we have your item in stock or whether it is being made for your order - and if so, how much time it takes to make.  Orders can be fast-tracked if needed, so please let us know if you need a piece for a particular date and we will see if we can help (even if that date is very soon!). Depending on the circumstances, there may be an associated cost to cover increased postage charges, fast-track hallmarking services etc., and overtime in the workshop! Please get in touch to discuss this if it would be useful for you.

If your jewellery is in stock, we will send it within 2-3 business days of your order. For jewellery that is not in stock and/or is being specially made for you, please see individual listings for an estimate of the standard time we would allow to prepare your order. 

Delivery provider and postage times

Orders to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail, insured for the appropriate amount; you will need to sign for them on delivery. Overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail International tracked and signed service. Royal Mail states "All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days."
