Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see listings for individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges (except for custom or personalised orders), provided that you let us know within 14 days of delivery, and return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery. We can't accept returns for custom and/or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item does not arrive back in the condition it was received, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
