This necklace is made from rainbow moonstone and sterling silver, with hand-forged chain links and a handmade clasp. For me, it calls to mind the forms and connections of neurons in the brain and body, the building blocks of what makes us human and allows us to sense the world, and how these shapes and patterns are reflected so often elsewhere in nature at different scales.

The moonstone glints a magical blue when the light catches it. It’s set in silver that’s been slowly textured using a blowtorch until it almost melts and the surface is tactile and beautiful. Each chain link and the rings joining them together have been made by hand from silver wire. A really special piece.
